Upon account termination for cause, hotspin reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real-money balances associated with the account. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any required investigation.
Players may also voluntarily close their hotspin account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after deduction of any applicable fees.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact hotspin's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. hotspin will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 business days of receipt.
